Gunny's Weekly Tech Tips
Lots of people are asking me why they should keep their bike in Biker Bob's storage facility during the off-season. Well, here are a few reasons.
- 68 degrees! Even when it's 20 below outside, your bike will be a toasty warm 68 degrees inside our warehouse. Cold temperatures lead to premature dry rotting of rubber brake lines, tires, and o-rings. While temperature fluctuations will cause condensation on your chrome (and that leads to rust).
- Assigned parking. Each bike is given an assigned spot that is 4 1/2 feet wide and 9 feet long. No jammed in fender-to-fender parking like you'll find at other dealers.
- Self-arming alarm system with direct line to police and fire departments. Nothing has ever gone wrong, and we don't think anything ever will. But it's good to be prepared.
- Battery tender service. We'll pull your battery out and put it on a smart charger while your bike is asleep. This ensures that your motor will fire up right away when your ready to ride again in the spring.
- Oil Change. We'll change the oil and filter before you pick your bike up.
- Safety inspection. While we have your bike on the lift, we'll perform a complete safety inspection to ensure your bike is ready for the next riding season. We will also make and needed adjustments at no charge and let you know if we find anything major that needs to be addressed.
We offer all of this for only $299.95. Call Dave, Chris, or Jay at the service desk to reserve your spot before they are all gone.
