	I started at Biker Bob's Harley-Davidson Motown in 2003 working in bike sales. I was able to work my way up and became General Manager in the summer of 2010. My goal is to make Biker Bob’s the best Harley-Davidson Dealership in the country. I love coming to work every day. Very few people have jobs where they genuinely have fun every day with their employees and customers. The amazing thing about Harley-Davidson is that people from a wide variety of backgrounds come in, hang out, and share their passion for riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles. 	I worked my way up through the automotive industry and was working as the assistant service manager at a Chrysler dealership when I was offered a job at Motown Harley. I spent my first 7 years as the Service Manager and in the fall of 2010 made the switch to Motorcycle Sales Manager. I ride a 2004 Fatboy and would love to add a Road Glide Ultra to my fleet! 	2011 was my first year with Biker Bob's. What a fun place to work! I was the Race Director at Milan Dragway for 17 years. I have a passion for motorsports. I am doing the events, websites, graphic arts and whatever else needs to be done here. 	Hi Guys, Welcome to our Website! I have been having fun here for approximately 8 years. A lot of you might remember me from the Service department when I first started here. None the less I’m still here and you can probably find me working the Parts Counter on the weekends. Please feel free to stop by and say HI. 	Former Parts and Labor specialist here at Biker Bobs, is now in the leadership position for the Service department. Dick is active Motown H.O.G. member and rides a 2009 Road Glide Screamin' Eagle and his wife Amy rides a 2012 V-ROD 10^th Anniversary Edition. 	I’ve been helping dreams come true at Biker Bob's since 2008. I currently have a 2007 Street Bob that I’m the original owner of. 	I started working at Biker Bobs in 2008. Its a great place to work. I enjoy helping people get into the lifestyle & fulfill their dreams. As you can see I love old school bikes. I've been riding as long as I can remember. I have about 6 years experience in the motorsports industry. Most of that time I was in motorcycle sales. I'm currently riding a 2006 Street Bob. 	I have been employed at Biker Bob’s since Feb 2001 and I am currently the longest running employee at the dealership. As I was completing a 30 year career as a Police Officer and Police MC Instructor, I was hired to create the Rider’s Edge program here at Biker Bob’s. Today, I am still actively involved as the Program Manager of the Rider’s Edge program as well as the shipper/receiver for the dealership.
